We are the members of the secretariat. Our mission is to maintain order in the Bi-laws, policies, and procedures of the Tres Dias con Cristo community. We are committed to giving our time and love to the community by serving God and you.

He is responsible for the overall direction of TRES DIAS CON CRISTO. He is the lay representative of Tres Dias in meetings with participating clergy and/or potential future participants from churches or other communities. He presides over Secretariat meetings and other necessary official functions. He actively participates in the Rector's orientations, weekend closing ceremonies, and the Secuela (Celebration).

Establishes and maintains an annual operating budget and reports monthly to the secretariat on TDCC's financial expenditures. Keeps bank account financial records up-to-date in accordance with accounting standards.
Record and document all expenses. Receive and document funds obtained from participants, team members, sponsors, and other sources of income. As money, is received, deposit it immediately into the bank account.
Prepare all financial documents for tax returns and records required by state and federal authorities.

Must have participated as Rector.
She advises the rector on all matters related to team formation and weekend preparation. She has the authority, along with the Secretariat, to approve or deny any activity planned by the rector or his team related to the weekend. The Secretariat's Spiritual Director will approve any action only for the purpose of ensuring biblical content. She maintains a team selection method that facilitates the "Pescadores" to serve in different areas, gaining the skills and experience necessary for leadership within Tres Dias.
Pre-Weekend Couple

This couple is responsible for the proper processing of participant applications and for sending weekend invitations on behalf of the Tres Dias con Cristo Secretariat. They regularly organize and collect applications received from participants through any available means. They verify that the applications contain the correct information, in accordance with the current Tres Dias con Cristo Rules and Procedures. They maintain a systematic digital database of participant applications to ensure their integrity. They maintain regular and systematic communication with participants and sponsors, confirming their participation for the weekend.
Palanca Couple

They are responsible for organizing the palanca: general, oven, prayer and the banners for every weekend.
They request and print the general letters. They send the general letter from Palanca to other Tres Dias communities on weekends.
They organize prayer times to keep the weekend covered.
Food Couple

Supervises the general arrangement and management of the kitchen, inventory, storage of food and kitchen utensils.
Order and organize the delivery of all food and related items for the kitchen.
Check the inventory of food and supplies at the time of delivery and organization of the kitchen. They take an accurate inventory of supplies at the end of the weekend.

Writes, edits and organizes the distribution of newsletters containing announcements and news about upcoming weekends, celebrations, significant actions of the Secretariat and other Community news.
Coordinate and/or implement all informational aspects on the social networks of Tres Días Con Cristo and on the website.

Prepares and files the minutes of each Secretariat meeting and presents them to the Secretariat members at the next meeting. Is responsible for sending correspondence containing any information and/or documents to all Secretariat members through available means. Maintains the minutes of Secretariat meetings in an organized and readily available manner (including reports presented at meetings).

They set the date, organize the necessary staff, and everything related to the Sequela (Celebration).
They prepare the weekend package including the invitation to the Celebration and the Welcome Letter to the Tres DĆas community.
Promotes and encourages participants to be part of a Meeting Group to continue the experience of a life in Christ from their weekend into their Fourth Day.

They are responsible for all matters related to physical assets for the weekend, including preparation, assembly, decoration, disassembly, and cleaning procedures before and after the weekend. Establish an up-to-date manual outlining their responsibilities.
They establish and maintain an accurate inventory of physical resources and a report of supplies used over the weekend.

Primary responsibility is to help the community maintain and grow healthy Reunion Groups (small groups, tribes, etc.). This means helping members draw closer to God and support one another in the process. Therefore, they are especially important for anyone who has completed the Tres Dias con Cristo weekend. Groups that are strong in faith and love are a vital part of a strong Christian community—a Christian community in action.
